The Large response group returns a large amount of information about each item in the response.

The Large response group includes the same elements as several other response groups including the following groups:

BrowseNodes
ListmaniaLists
Medium
Offers
Reviews
Similarities
Tracks

The Large response group is used with the ItemLookup, ItemSearch, ListLookup, and SimilarityLookup operations.

The above URL executes an A2S ItemSearch query. The ItemSearch operation returns information about products which match the specified parameters such as BrowseNode and SearchIndex
